Employee Favorites: Glamcor Production Coordinator, Michelle

Hi guys! I’m Michelle and I’m the Production Coordinator here at GLAMCOR and RIKI LOVES RIKI. Before starting this job, I was always someone who loved and applied makeup for any occasion, even to the grocery store. Youtube tutorials were and still are my television of choice, with a most recent obsession with Jeffree Star (can you blame me, the man’s a genius with a palette). Little did I know how naive I was about what it actually takes to achieve a Star worthy look, until I started working with GLAMCOR and RIKI LOVES RIKI products.

One thing that this job has taught me is… LIGHTING IS EVERYTHING. You can’t expect to glow everyday if you’re not getting ready in the perfect lighting. That’s why I now do my morning makeup routine while using a RIKI SKINNY. It’s the perfect tool to achieve a glam look right before I go to work. Being a boss business lady, I’m always on the go and unfortunately I can’t bring my mirror in my bag with me while I’m on the train to work or traveling from shoot to shoot. The RIKI CUTIE is my saving grace and my favorite product because it fits right into my bag or pocket when I’m running around the city.

I’m someone who seeks perfection in whatever I do and despite it’s small size, the RIKI CUTIE can provide anyone with the perfect lighting needed to achieve whatever look their heart desires. I love being able to choose between the three brightness levels so I can pick the perfect one needed in the environment that I’m in, whether it be on set, in a train, or uber. The finger rings help me keep my hand steady when I’m applying makeup, which is especially handy when I’m jittery from all the coffee I’ve consumed to keep me awake during those long shoot days (#relatable). I also love the stand that pops out of the back of the RIKI CUTIE so I can even use it on my desk at work, or just leave it for a cute little display piece when it’s not traveling around with me.

When you work on Wall Street or anywhere in the city, there’s always a good opportunity to have a laid back Happy Hour with your coworkers. The RIKI CUTIE comes in serious handy when you need to touch up your look before going out or even freshen up at the place, because we all know those bars have terrible lighting, am I right ladies!? The RIKI CUTIE is my best friend and hero product no matter where I go, let it be your glowing knight in shining armour too.
