"Esties! If you're investing in this amazing lamp you need this base. It slides so sleekly under the side of the treatment bed and is basically invisible to clients. The base is sturdy and doesn't move if bumped. However if you need to, you can gently slide out of the way with one hand. The tripod base that comes with the lamp is great and folds up so small. But if you work in the same space daily, you need this to save space and for safety so clients don't trip on it."

"This base should be made optional for all GLAMCOR lights. As a medical aesthetician I use my GLAMCOR light constantly but was so disappointed with my Multimedia X base being too bulky to move around with ease. Much happier with the Flat Base Stand and wish it hadn't cost me an extra $100 and was made an option instead."
